Ingredients
4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven and prepare baking dish.
2. Arrange peach halves in baking dish.
3. Mix butter, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla.
4. Spoon mixture over peaches.
5. Bake until soft and caramelized.
Notes
Use ripe but firm peaches.
