A rich no-bake chocolate icebox cake with layers of cookies and fluffy whipped cream that soften into a cake-like dessert.
Ingredients
2 packages chocolate wafer cookies
3 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons cocoa powder optional
Instructions
1. Whip cream with sugar and vanilla.
2. Optional: add cocoa powder.
3. Layer cookies and whipped cream.
4. Repeat layers until complete.
5. Chill overnight.
6. Slice and serve.
Notes
Chill at least 6 hours.
Use stabilized whipped cream.
Do not rush layering.
Best served cold.
