Ingredients
2 cups cherries pitted
1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
2 to 3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Optional chopped cherries
Optional granola
Instructions
1. Blend cherries to desired texture.
2. Mix yogurt, honey, vanilla, and lemon juice.
3. Combine or swirl mixtures.
4. Pour into molds.
5. Freeze until solid.
6. Unmold and serve.
Notes
Use Greek yogurt for creaminess.
Adjust sweetness to taste.
Freeze overnight for best results.
Run molds under warm water to release.
