Description

No-bake cherry tiramisu made with mascarpone cream, ladyfingers, and sweet cherry layers for a fruity twist on the classic dessert.


Ingredients

Scale

2 cups cherries

2 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 1/2 cups heavy cream

8 oz mascarpone

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

24 ladyfingers

1 cup cherry juice or syrup

Cocoa powder


Instructions

1. Cook cherries with sugar and lemon juice, then cool.

2. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.

3. Mix mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla.

4. Fold whipped cream into mascarpone.

5. Dip ladyfingers in cherry juice.

6. Layer ladyfingers, cream, and cherries.

7. Repeat layers and finish with cream.

8. Chill overnight.

9. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.

Notes

Do not over-soak ladyfingers.

Chill long enough for best structure.

Use cold cream for better whipping.

Fresh cherries give best flavor.
