Description

Crispy baked cheesy zucchini tots made with grated zucchini, cheddar, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs for a golden snack or side dish.


Ingredients

2 zucchinis grated

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup cheddar cheese

1/3 cup Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1 egg

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Grate zucchini and remove moisture.

2. Mix all ingredients together.

3. Shape into small tots.

4. Bake or air fry until golden.

5. Cool slightly and serve.

Notes

Remove excess moisture from zucchini.

Use panko for extra crispiness.

Reheat in air fryer for best texture.
