Ingredients
4 ripe peaches, sliced
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
Pinch of salt
2 tablespoons chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Instructions
1. Melt butter in skillet.
2. Add peaches and cook until softened.
3. Stir in sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla.
4. Cook until caramelized and glossy.
5. Serve warm with toppings.
Notes
Use ripe but firm peaches.
Do not overcook.
Great on pancakes or ice cream.
