Ingredients
2 burrata balls
4–5 heirloom tomatoes, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic glaze (optional)
1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
1 clove garlic, grated (optional)
Crusty bread for serving
Instructions
1. Slice heirloom tomatoes and arrange on plate.
2. Place burrata in center.
3. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze.
4. Season with salt, pepper, and basil.
5. Serve immediately with bread.
Notes
Serve burrata at room temperature.
Use ripe heirloom tomatoes.
