Description
Fresh bruschetta pasta salad made with tomatoes, basil, garlic, and a light balsamic dressing.
Ingredients
12 oz pasta
2 cups cherry tomatoes
1/3 cup basil
1/4 cup red onion
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup mozzarella pearls
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
Instructions
1. Cook pasta.
2. Cool pasta.
3. Mix vegetables.
4. Combine pasta and veggies.
5. Whisk dressing.
6. Toss everything.
7. Chill and serve.
Notes
Use fresh basil for best flavor.
Chill before serving.
Add dressing just before serving for best texture.
