Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder

1/2 cup cold butter
2/3 cup heavy cream
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 peaches sliced
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Mix dry ingredients.
2. Cut in butter.
3. Add wet ingredients.
4. Form dough and cut shortcakes.
5. Bake until golden.
6. Mix peaches with sugar and lemon.
7. Whip cream.
8. Slice shortcakes.
9. Layer peaches and cream.
10. Serve.
