Ingredients
1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Line a tray with parchment paper.
2. Mix yogurt, honey, and vanilla.
3. Fold in half the blueberries.
4. Spoon portions onto tray.
5. Top with remaining blueberries.
6. Freeze until firm.
7. Store in freezer and serve cold.
