Description
Creamy blueberry cream cheese bars with a buttery graham crust, smooth cheesecake layer, and sweet blueberry topping.
Ingredients
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
2 tablespoons sugar
16 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups blueberries
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
Instructions
1. Prepare crust and press into pan.
2. Beat cream cheese mixture.
3. Cook blueberry topping until thick.
4. Layer and bake.
5. Cool and chill before slicing.
Notes
Chill before slicing for clean cuts.
Use fresh or frozen blueberries.
Store refrigerated.
Best served cold.
