Description
Berry Baked Oatmeal – a healthy breakfast bake with oats and juicy mixed berries.
Ingredients
Scale
2 cups oats
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
2 cups milk
2 eggs
⅓ cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup berries
2 tbsp butter or oil
Instructions
1. Mix dry ingredients
2. Whisk wet ingredients
3. Combine both mixtures
4. Fold in berries
5. Pour into baking dish
6. Bake 35–40 minutes
7. Cool slightly and serve
Notes
Use fresh or frozen berries
Do not overbake
Adjust sweetness as needed
