Ingredients

1 avocado
1½ cups chickpeas
1½ cups tomatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
fresh basil
salt
pepper
Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Cook pasta
2. Prepare avocado sauce
3. Add chickpeas and tomatoes
4. Toss pasta together
5. Serve fresh
Notes
Use ripe avocado
Serve immediately
Add extra lemon juice if needed
