1/3 cup (70g) granulated sugar
2 Tablespoons (28g) unsalted butter
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice

Instructions
1. Melt 2 tbsp butter in a saucepan, add diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice; cook 6 minutes and cool.
2. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C), roll out pie crusts, and cut into 12 dough circles or rectangles.
3. Spoon 2 tbsp cooled apple filling onto half of the dough cutouts.
4. Brush edges with egg wash, place remaining dough cutouts over filling, and crimp edges tightly with a fork.
