Description

An easy no-bake layered dessert featuring a spiced graham cracker crust, a velvety cream cheese center, sweet apple pie filling, Cool Whip, and pecans.

Ingredients

Scale

Spiced Graham Crust:

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

3 Tablespoons light brown sugar, packed

1 teaspoon cinnamon

7 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Filling & Topping:

1 package cream cheese, softened (8 ounce)

½ cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 container Cool Whip, thawed, divided (16 ounce)

2 cans apple pie filling (21 ounce each)

¼ cup chopped pecans

Instructions

1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, light brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter together; press firmly into a 9×13-inch pan and chill.

2. Beat softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth, then fold in half of the thawed Cool Whip.

3. Spread the cream cheese mixture smoothly over the chilled crust.

4. Spoon the apple pie filling evenly over the cream cheese layer.

5. Spread the remaining Cool Whip over the apple layer.

6. Sprinkle chopped pecans over top and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened at room temperature to avoid lumps. Chill the completed dish for at least 4 hours so it slices cleanly.
