Description

White Chocolate Blueberry Truffles are creamy, fruity, and coated in smooth white chocolate, perfect for gifting or indulging.


Ingredients

Scale

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

½ teaspoon lemon juice

4 ounces cream cheese softened

8 ounces white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate

1 teaspoon coconut oil optional

Freeze-dried blueberries or white chocolate shavings for garnish


Instructions

1. Cook blueberries with sugar and lemon juice until soft

2. Cool slightly and puree

3. Mix with cream cheese until smooth

4. Chill mixture 30 minutes

5. Form 1-inch balls and place on parchment

6. Freeze 15–20 minutes

7. Melt white chocolate with coconut oil

8. Dip balls into chocolate and return to parchment

9. Garnish with freeze-dried blueberries or shavings

10. Chill 1 hour until set

Notes

Use fresh or frozen blueberries

Add vanilla extract for flavor

Roll in nuts or coconut

Make mini truffles

Store airtight in refrigerator
