Ingredients
1 can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon tahini (optional)
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 to 4 tablespoons cold water to adjust consistency

Instructions
1. Drain and rinse the canned white beans thoroughly under cold water to remove excess sodium.
2. Add the white beans, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, tahini, salt, and black pepper to a blender or food processor.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
4. Add cold water one tablespoon at a time to reach a silky, spreadable texture.
5. Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt, lemon juice, or garlic if needed.
6. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Add optional toppings like herbs or chili flakes.
