Ingredients

Scale

1 cup cottage cheese

2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon chives, chopped

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Crackers, pita chips, or vegetable sticks for serving

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

2. Use a hand mixer or blender to whip the mixture until smooth and fluffy.

3. Fold in chopped parsley and chives for fresh flavor and color.

4. Optionally refrigerate for 10–15 minutes for a slightly firmer texture.

5. Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with extra paprika or herbs, and serve with crackers, pita chips, or fresh vegetables.

Notes
