Ingredients
4 cups fresh watermelon, cubed and seeded
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1–2 teaspoons honey or agave syrup (optional)
4–5 fresh mint leaves (optional)
Ice cubes for serving
Instructions
1. Place watermelon cubes in a blender
2. Add lime juice, honey, and mint leaves
3. Blend until smooth
4. Strain if desired
5. Serve over ice and garnish with mint or lime
