Instructions
1. Brown the ground beef and drain.
2. Place chopped cabbage in the slow cooker.
3. Add cooked beef, onion, garlic, cooked rice, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
4. Pour crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, and broth over the mixture.
5. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours or HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
