Ingredients

1/3 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 large egg

2 cloves garlic minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons chopped parsley

1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.

2. Combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley.

3. Mix gently until combined.

4. Roll into 1-inch meatballs and place on baking sheet.

5. Brush or drizzle with olive oil.

6. Bake 15–17 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
