Ingredients
2 cups cooked turkey, finely shredded
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup green onions, finely chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika (optional)
½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (for coating)

Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
2. Fold in the finely shredded turkey until evenly distributed.

5. Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours, or overnight.
