Strawberry Tiramisu is a fresh, no-bake dessert layered with strawberries, cream, and ladyfingers for a light and elegant treat.
Ingredients
1 pound fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
8 ounces mascarpone cheese softened
8 ounces cream cheese softened
¾ cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream
7 ounces ladyfinger cookies
½ cup strawberry juice or milk
Instructions
1. Combine strawberries with sugar and lemon juice
2. Let strawberries release juices
3. Beat mascarpone and cream cheese until smooth
4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla
5. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks
6. Fold whipped cream into mascarpone mixture
7. Dip ladyfingers briefly in juice or milk
8. Layer ladyfingers in dish
9. Add cream and strawberries
10. Repeat layers and chill 4 hours
Notes
Use ripe strawberries
Chill overnight for best texture
Do not soak ladyfingers
Serve well chilled
