Description

Fresh strawberry salsa with lime juice, cilantro, and jalapeño. Sweet, zesty, and perfect for dipping or topping.


Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, diced

1/4 cup red onion, finely diced

1 small jalapeño, seeds removed and diced

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1 teaspoon honey

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Dice strawberries and place in bowl.

2. Add onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.

3. Drizzle with lime juice and honey.

4. Season with salt and pepper.

5. Gently toss to combine.

6. Chill 10–15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use ripe but firm strawberries.

Adjust jalapeño for desired heat.

Best served fresh within 24 hours.
