Ingredients
3 cups strawberries sliced
2 cups rhubarb chopped
½ cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup old-fashioned oats
½ cup brown sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup unsalted butter cubed
Instructions
1. Preheat oven and grease baking dish
2. Mix strawberries rhubarb sugar lemon juice cornstarch and vanilla
3. Transfer fruit mixture to dish
4. Mix flour oats sugar cinnamon and salt
5. Cut in butter until crumbly
6. Sprinkle topping over fruit
