Description
Strawberry Peanut Butter Bars are chewy, sweet, and nutty bars combining fresh strawberries and peanut butter. Perfect for snacks, desserts, and bake sales.
Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup peanut butter, creamy or crunchy
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Mix melted butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
3. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
4. Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually fold into peanut butter mixture.
5. Fold in chopped strawberries and chocolate chips.
6. Spread batter evenly in pan.
7. Bake 25-30 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
8. Cool completely before slicing into bars.
Notes
Use frozen strawberries if fresh are unavailable.
Swap peanut butter with almond or cashew butter.
Add chopped nuts for crunch.
Drizzle melted chocolate for extra sweetness.
Store in fridge for firmer texture.
