Description

Ingredients

6 cups mixed salad greens

1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

1/2 cup sliced almonds or pecans, toasted

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/2 cup dried cranberries

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)

1/2 cup crispy wonton strips or crushed tortilla chips

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Wash and dry the salad greens and place in a large bowl.

2. Add sliced strawberries, shredded carrots, dried cranberries, and feta if using.

3. Toast almonds or pecans in a skillet until golden; cool.

4. Whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to make dressing.
