Ingredients
8 graham cracker sheets, crushed
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup whipped cream
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
Optional: chocolate or caramel drizzle
Instructions
1. Combine crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter. Press into taco molds or mini muffin tin. Chill 15 minutes.
2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix until creamy.
3. Fold in whipped cream gently.
4. Spoon filling into prepared shells.
5. Top with sliced strawberries and sprinkle crushed graham crackers.
6. Optional: drizzle with chocolate or caramel sauce.
7. Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use store-bought mini tart shells for convenience.
Swap strawberries for other berries.
