Description
No-bake strawberry cheesecake protein balls made with oats, cream cheese, and freeze-dried strawberries. Sweet, creamy, and high-protein.
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
2–3 tablespoons milk
Instructions
1. Combine oats, protein powder, strawberries, and salt.
2. Add cream cheese, honey, and vanilla.
3. Mix until thick dough forms.
4. Add milk as needed for texture.
5. Roll into 1-inch balls.
6. Chill 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use freeze-dried strawberries only.
Adjust milk slowly.
Roll in extra strawberry powder for coating.
Freeze for longer storage.
