Creamy strawberry cheesecake overnight oats made with rolled oats, yogurt, cream cheese, and fresh strawberries. Perfect for make-ahead breakfasts.
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
2 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup diced strawberries
2 tablespoons crushed graham crackers, optional
Instructions
1. Whisk milk, yogurt, cream cheese, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
2. Stir in oats.
3. Fold in strawberries.
4. Divide into jars.
5. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
6. Stir and add toppings before serving.
Notes
Soften cream cheese fully.
Adjust sweetness to taste.
Add chia seeds if desired.
Store chilled.
