Description
Fudgy, chocolatey brownies with swirls of strawberry puree for a fruity twist. Soft, decadent, and perfect for dessert lovers.
Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, pureed
1/4 cup chocolate chips, optional
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line pan.
2. Melt butter and stir in sugar.
3. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
4. Add cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder.
5. Fold in chocolate chips.
6. Layer half batter, swirl in strawberry puree.
7. Add remaining batter and swirl.
8. Bake 25–30 minutes until set.
9. Cool completely and slice.
Notes
Use ripe strawberries for best flavor.
Add white chocolate for sweetness.
Store in airtight container.
Freeze for long-term storage.
