Ingredients
1 pound ground chicken or ground beef
1 cup fresh spinach finely chopped
½ cup breadcrumbs
1 large egg
3 cloves garlic minced
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
