Description
Gooey, chocolatey s’mores rolled in soft tortillas, baked golden and perfect for indoor camping treats.
Ingredients
4 large flour tortillas
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Optional: drizzle of chocolate or caramel sauce
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line baking sheet.
2. Lay out tortillas on clean surface.
3. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over tortillas.
4. Add mini marshmallows on top.
5. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers.
6. Roll tortillas tightly into logs.
7. Brush melted butter over roll-ups.
8. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
9. Bake 10–12 minutes until golden.
10. Cool slightly and slice into pieces.
11. Optional: drizzle with chocolate or caramel.
Notes
Use whole wheat or gluten-free tortillas for variation.
Freeze unbaked for later baking.
Add peanut butter or Nutella for extra indulgence.
