Description

No-bake s’mores protein balls with oats, chocolate, graham crackers, and marshmallow. Sweet, chewy, and packed with protein.


Ingredients

Scale

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup chocolate protein powder

1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup mini marshmallows

1/4 cup peanut butter or almond butter

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt


Instructions

1. Combine oats, protein powder, graham cracker crumbs, and salt.

2. Add peanut butter, honey, and vanilla; stir until sticky.

3. Fold in marshmallows and chocolate chips.

4. Form mixture into small balls.

5. Place on parchment-lined tray.

6. Chill for 30 minutes to firm up before serving.

Notes

Toast oats for nutty flavor.
