Description

Fresh and elegant Smoked Salmon Cucumber Bites topped with cream cheese, smoked salmon, and dill. Perfect for parties, brunch, or holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale

1 large cucumber, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

4 ounces smoked salmon, sliced into bite-sized pieces

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Optional: capers or chives for garnish

Instructions

1. Wash and slice cucumber into 1/4-inch rounds. Pat dry to remove excess moisture.

2. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, lemon juice, black pepper, and half of the chopped dill. Stir until smooth.

3. Spread cream cheese mixture on each cucumber slice. Top with a piece of smoked salmon.

4. Sprinkle remaining dill over the bites. Add optional capers or chives for extra flavor.

5. Arrange bites on a platter and serve immediately, or chill 10–15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 day. Do not freeze. Assemble just before serving to maintain cucumber crunch.
