Easy one-pan Skillet Chicken Fajitas with juicy chicken, peppers, and bold spices.
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds chicken breast
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 bell peppers sliced
1 large onion sliced
1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
1. Slice and season chicken.
2. Cook chicken until browned.
3. Remove chicken.
4. Cook peppers and onion.
5. Return chicken.
6. Add lime juice and serve.
Notes
Slice chicken evenly.
Do not overcrowd pan.
Serve immediately for best texture.
