Ingredients
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 large head romaine lettuce, chopped
½ cup Caesar dressing
½ cup croutons
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
1. Season shrimp with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder
2. Cook shrimp in skillet over medium heat until pink and opaque
3. Remove shrimp and drizzle with lemon juice
4. Place chopped romaine lettuce in a large bowl
5. Add Caesar dressing and toss to coat
