Description

Shaved Fennel and Citrus Salad is a refreshing salad with crisp fennel, juicy citrus, and a light vinaigrette.


Ingredients

2 medium fennel bulbs shaved thin

2 oranges peeled and segmented

1 grapefruit peeled and segmented

1/4 red onion thinly sliced

Instructions

1. Trim fennel bulbs and shave thinly.
