Description
This Seven Layer Dip is a colorful and crowd-pleasing appetizer layered with beans, guacamole, sour cream, salsa, cheese, tomatoes, and olives. Perfect for parties, game days, and family gatherings.
Ingredients
1 can (16 oz) refried beans
1 package (1 oz) taco seasoning mix
1 1/2 cups guacamole (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup sour cream
1 cup salsa or pico de gallo
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup chopped green onions
Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, mix refried beans with taco seasoning until well blended.
2. Spread the bean mixture evenly across the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
3. Layer guacamole smoothly over the beans.
4. Spread sour cream over the guacamole.
5. Add salsa or pico de gallo over the sour cream.
6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.
7. Finish with layers of diced tomatoes, sliced olives, and chopped green onions.
8. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
9. Serve chilled with plenty of tortilla chips.
