Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup shredded coconut (optional)
½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
3. Whisk melted butter, eggs, and vanilla in another bowl.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
5. Fold in drained pineapple, coconut, and nuts if using.
