Sliders:

12 soft sandwich rolls

2 cups thinly sliced roast beef

6 slices provolone or Swiss cheese

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Butter Glaze:

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1 tablespoon poppy seeds


Instructions

1. Preheat oven and prepare baking dish.

2. Slice rolls horizontally.

3. Place bottom rolls in dish.

4. Spread mayo and mustard.

5. Add roast beef and cheese.

6. Place top rolls.

7. Mix butter glaze.

8. Brush over rolls.

9. Bake covered.

10. Bake uncovered until golden.

Notes
