Pumpkin Spice Sugar Cubes are an easy, festive way to add fall flavor to coffee, tea, or cider. Perfect for cozy mornings or as homemade holiday gifts.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

23 teaspoons water (as needed)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

1. Mix sugar and pumpkin pie spice in a bowl until combined.

2. Add water (and vanilla if using) a few drops at a time until mixture feels like damp sand.

3. Press mixture firmly into silicone molds or ice cube trays.

4. Let sit at room temperature for several hours or overnight, or bake at 200°F (93°C) for 30 minutes until firm.

5. Remove cubes from molds and store in an airtight container.

Notes

These sugar cubes make wonderful homemade gifts during the holidays.

Swap pumpkin pie spice for cinnamon or chai spice for a different flavor twist.
