Description

A cozy homemade pumpkin spice latte with real pumpkin, warm spices, and creamy milk – better than the coffee shop.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup milk

2 tbsp pumpkin puree

1 tbsp sugar (or to taste)

1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup strong brewed coffee or espresso

Whipped cream for topping (optional)

Instructions

1. In a small saucepan, heat the milk, pumpkin puree, and sugar until hot but not boiling.

2. Stir in pumpkin pie spice and vanilla extract.

3. Add the hot coffee or espresso and whisk until frothy.

4. Pour into a mug and top with whipped cream and extra spice if desired.

Notes

Use almond or oat milk for a dairy-free version.

Adjust sweetness to taste.

For stronger flavor, use 2 shots of espresso.
