Ingredients

Scale

2 cups pumpkin purée (canned or homemade)

1 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar, packed

1/2 cup apple cider (or water)

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. In a medium saucepan, combine pumpkin purée, sugar, brown sugar, apple cider, lemon juice, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and salt.

2. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently.

3. Reduce heat to low and cook 25–30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened and glossy.

4. Remove from heat and let cool. Jam will continue to thicken as it cools.

5. Transfer to sterilized jars and refrigerate.
