Description

Cheesy, pull-apart pizza bread with sautéed mushrooms and herbs, perfect for snacks, parties, or casual dinners.


Ingredients

Scale

1 loaf refrigerated pizza dough (16 oz)

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped and sautéed

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

Optional: 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers or olives

Optional: Marinara sauce for dipping


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line baking sheet

2. Roll out dough into rectangle

3. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle garlic powder and herbs

4. Layer cheese, sautéed mushrooms, Parmesan, and optional toppings

5. Roll dough into log, slice into 1-inch pieces

6. Arrange slices on sheet pan

7. Bake 20–25 mins until golden and melted

8. Cool slightly, serve with marinara
