Description

Tangy and cheesy grilled cheese sandwich with pickles for a quick and comforting meal.


Ingredients

4 slices of bread

4 slices cheddar cheese

46 dill pickle slices

2 tablespoons butter, softened

Optional: mayonnaise or mustard


Instructions

1. Butter one side of each bread slice.

2. Place 2 slices buttered side down on skillet.

3. Layer cheese and pickles.

4. Top with remaining bread slices, buttered side up.

5. Grill 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts.

6. Slice in half and serve warm.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh.

Add bacon or ham for variation.
