Description

Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Peppers are filled with tender beef, sautéed vegetables, and melted cheese for a low-carb comfort meal.


Ingredients

4 large bell peppers, halved and seeded

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 pound beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced

1 medium yellow onion, thinly sliced

1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 cup shredded provolone cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F

2. Place bell peppers in a baking dish

3. Cook beef in olive oil until browned

4. Add onion, green pepper, and garlic

5. Season and cook until softened

6. Fill peppers with beef mixture

7. Top with cheese

8. Bake until peppers are tender

9. Serve hot
