Description

Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/4 cup heavy cream

Optional: chocolate shavings, crushed peanuts, whipped cream


Instructions

1. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.

2. Combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

3. Fold whipped cream into peanut butter mixture.

4. Spoon mousse into serving glasses; chill 1 hour.

5. Heat cream for ganache until simmering; pour over chocolate chips and stir until smooth.

6. Cool slightly; spoon ganache over mousse.

7. Garnish with chocolate shavings, crushed peanuts, or whipped cream.

8. Serve chilled.

Notes

Use natural peanut butter for less sweetness.

Add sea salt on top for enhanced flavor.

Prepare mousse a day ahead for easier serving.
