Description

Ingredients

¼ cup unsalted butter, softened

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups powdered sugar

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 tablespoon coconut oil or shortening (optional)


Instructions

1. Combine peanut butter, butter, and vanilla until smooth.

2. Gradually add powdered sugar to form a firm dough.

3. Roll into 1-inch balls; freeze for 20 minutes.

4. Melt chocolate and coconut oil until smooth.

5. Dip each ball into chocolate, coating evenly.

6. Place on parchment and chill until set.

7. Store in refrigerator or freezer until ready to serve.

Notes

Use crunchy peanut butter for extra texture.
