Peanut Butter and Jelly Rolls are soft, sweet, and filled with creamy peanut butter and fruity jelly, perfect for breakfast or snacks.
Ingredients
1 (16 oz) refrigerated pizza dough or crescent roll dough
½ cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup fruit jelly or jam of your choice
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 tablespoon powdered sugar (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line baking sheet with parchment
2. Roll dough into 12×8 inch rectangle
3. Spread peanut butter evenly over dough, leaving ½-inch border
4. Spread jelly on top of peanut butter
5. Roll dough tightly from one long side
6. Slice into 1-inch rolls and place on baking sheet
7. Brush tops with melted butter and bake 12–15 minutes until golden
8. Optional: Dust with powdered sugar before serving
